Viva Las Vegas Adventure #2: Clubbing in Vegas

Gambling. Alcohol. Food. Dance. Repeat. Clubs in Vegas are ridiculous... the biggest DJs, the fanciest décor, and of course the longest lines. Vegas will always have a soft spot in my heart; this is where the bf and I became official almost five years ago. We actually had “the talk” drinking and dancing the night away at XS at the Encore. This post will give you my experiences and general tips with my favorite hotspots—XS, Tao, Marquee, Hakasan

Guys

• Unless you are willing to throw down $$$$ for a table, buy presale tickets. But get there early because when I club hits capacity, they will not let anyone in.

• Don’t believe that a promoter you meet on the street will let you in, he might promise you one thing but they’ll try to sell you a table when you get there.

• Drinks are $$ so make sure to pre-drink

Girls

• Find a promoter to let you walk in; they get commission for the # of girls they get in the club. But again get there early because if they hit capacity they won’t let anyone in.

• Bring a pair of Flats. Marquee does have a vending machine for flats but it’s going to cost you $20+
