Nothing is more romantic than a giant piece of red meat on your plate. I remember asking my bf what his favorite food when we started dating and he said MEAT. Lol For our first anniversary he took me to a hidden steakhouse with th most beautiful view of Los Angeles. Where is this place? The top floor of the Los Angeles Bonaventure Hotel in DTLA Prime Steak. The menu is simple, typical steakhouse staples. We ordered… the Rib Eye, Filet Mignon, Mashed Potatoes, and Spinanch all very good,-- tender, not over cooked, tasty.
Price Point: $$$-$$$$. Logistics: Reserve a booth at the restaurant and a booth facing the window. Prime Steak has the best 360 view of Los Angeles. Come early for your reservation and enjoy a drink at the revolving bar downstairs. You probably can’t find street parking so be ready to Valet your car, there might be a lot nearby but it is probably the same cost to valet; wine selection isn't very memorable so you might want to bring a bottle of your favorite red (Corkage $30); if it’s your anniversary and they’ll make you a special anniversary dessert.
