Little Tokyo Adventure #3: Ramen + Beer

Living in Southern California you really don’t get to experience the season, just some months are hotter than others. When a night hits 70s it's cold and time for a hot bowl of soup. Ramen is a Japanese noodle dish consist of toppings like pork seaweed, green onions, ginger, etc. Every region in Japan has its own version of Ramen. My favorite Ramen place in Little Tokyo Men Oh serves up Tonkotsu (Pork Bone Broth) Ramen from Tokushima. Tonkotsu is a thicker broth, filed with pork belly, chashu, bamboo shoots, green onion, and season boiled egg.
